Clara earned her Doctorate of Business Administration from Florida International University in 2023 and has been involved in the lending industry for over 25 years. This experience includes commercial lending in Colombia and loan origination at Bank of America. In 2003, she started her own boutique Mortgage Broker business, which closed in 2008 due to the real estate crisis. In the same year, Clara joined a Mortgage Broker business as a loan originator. In the meantime, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Miami (2014) and served as the Financial Director of Fantasy Theatre Factory, a non-profit organization, for several years.
In 2015, Clara graduated with her Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and graduated with her Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in August 2020. She is currently a candidate to sit for the CPA exams and preparing to take them in the short term. Clara is a passionate learner. She believes that the more she knows, the better she can assist others. Clara prides herself in helping a borrower obtain the best results for their financing needs.
