Clara has been involved with the lending industry for more than 25 years, including commercial lending in Colombia and loan origination in Bank of America. In 2003, she started her own boutique Mortgage Broker business, which she closed in 2008, after the real estate crisis, and in 2008, Clara joined a different company as a loan originator. In the meantime, after obtaining a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami (2014), she performed as the Financial Director of Fantasy Theatre Factory, a non-profit organization, for several years.
In 2015, Clara graduated with her Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and graduated with her Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in August 2020. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Florida International University. Clara is a passionate learner. She believes that the more she knows, the better she can assist others. Clara prides herself in helping a borrower obtain the best results for their financing needs.
