I cannot say enough good things about Melinda and her team at The Truth About Lending. I have purchased two properties now working with Melinda and her team, and every step of the way I am amazed at how thorough, professional, timely (many times doing things even before I brought them up), and at times even helping in ways that are outside the scope of what you might expect.  This has been true in all of my dealings with this incredible team.  Also, and this will say a lot: I would recommend them to my mother, and in fact I did!  That is how much faith I have in Melinda and her whole team, and how much I trust them and what they do. They operate at the highest possible levels in every way.
