Albert M479 days agoMelinda has been amazing to work with on multiple properties. She really knows her stuff and always finds the smartest way to structure things financially. What I appreciate the most is how much she genuinely cares, she digs into every detail to make sure there are no surprises at closing which provides much needed peace of mind! She’s always available when you need her, even on weekends and would even assist me past midnight whenever she could. You’ll never feel left out or being on your own. She truly stands out after dealing with other brokers who dropped the ball, the difference in professionalism and follow-through was night and day. Can’t recommend her enough!

Zelimir Stevanovic780 days agoMelinda Payan is the best broker I have worked with both in Canada and USA... The entire company is amazing, great customer support. Always available. Getting a home mortgage with The Truth About Lending was a breeze. Absolutely no issues. Full support and understanding at all levels. What separates them even more is the continuous client support after the mortgage is secured. I had a huge insurance issue with the lender for months and Melinda was with me through the whole process. Conference calls with different departments, each well over 2-3 hours at the time, Melinda was there on the call with me. Until the issue was resolved successfully. Highly, highly recommended !!! Best in the business !!

One thing I can guarantee is The Truth about lending is G.O.A.T..Melinda is professional and knows the ends and out about lending process. She was always available to answer questions and concerns . One incident when I was so overwhelmed she sent me a video to give me a sense of relief about the process. Melinda, Stephanie, Scott and Austin is a fantastic team to work with.

Melinda personally helped me complete two long-distance transactions - one of which probably would not have happened without her years of experience and ability to navigate the process. A couple of weeks ago, they refinanced that loan they had obtained for me and shaved 2 points off my mortgage. I am a difficult person and they responded promptly and effectively to all my questions and concerns. My mortgage payment is a lot lower now. Great job! This company really knows their stuff. They took a difficult situation and made it look easy. They found me a loan when no one else could. And then they smoothed out the documentation process. Great job! Thanks so much!
